Traffic Photographer on Manners Street
Just after Manners Mall became a bus road this guy turned up for about a week… We initially thought he was there to catch buses that were running red lights but it turns out he was there to take images of cars going through the “Bus Only” section of the road, possibly to give them tickets.
Rolleiflex 2.8 E, Ilford HP5+ 400 ISO Film, Canoscan 9000F Scanner.

I like that a person paid to stand in a public place and take photo’s of people (without their permission), seems to have a concerned look on his face for you taking a photo of him.

Go figure… I like that he is talking to another parking warden… Maybe its the association he doesnt want to be shown 🙂
