Wire Strainer

The weather hasn’t been too good for street shooting lately so I have ended up taking more shots like this 🙂

Petone Court House

The old Court building in Petone. Apparently there are quite a few of these scattered around New Zealand which have been closed due to earthquake risk. Its a bit sad to see this one like this since its such a nice building… Hopefully someone gets a chance to reinforce and restore it…

Rebel

A sneaky shot of my friend Ben and his classic Rambler Rebel 🙂

A Shadow Of My Former Self

Rainy And Dark

Most of the time I get out shooting at the moment it looks like this… Rainy and dark… Even though this one is not really in focus I still kind of like it 🙂

Three Dogs

Missed this one by milliseconds. A split second earlier they were all looking at the lady begging for food.

Finally A New Post

This is a shot from the first roll of film I have developed in about a month…

Something A Bit Different

I haven’t been out shooting much lately mostly due to weather and a lack of time.

Amanda needed a photo for something so I threw this together one night after the kids went to bed. I hadn’t tried a beauty shot with a reflector underneath to bounce light up. Unfortunately one of my studio lights decided to die so I had to do it with a black background (black sheet pegged to curtain) and use my Sb80DX Speedlite as a hair light.

I would have rather done it with a white background but that’s life 🙂

Half Frame Fair

I havent put up a half frame shot for a while so here is one from the Petone Fair a couple of months back… My half frame camera currently has a rattle like a screw loose inside somewhere so I will have to pull it apart (again) before it goes shooting 😦
