A food vendor at a cultural festive held in Civic Square in Wellington… I guess his day wasn’t going so well… It probably didn’t help that it poured down with rain about 30 mins later.
I like how sometimes if you wait long enough it all come together 🙂

I thought so too but then looked and it is a different guy… Maybe its the type of person who works in food vans 🙂
