hey sir, your black & white picture result is amazing! can u give me some tips how to get a quite amazing result using b&w film? i’m not really good using medium format.because its been 2 year i’m using 135 format. In my place, medium format is quite high value film. So nid to precious it so much, so i can get a picture that i could frame. 🙂 i just buy a Yashica MAT 124G and almost 3 times i fail to produce a good snap.Almost everything is over exposed. 😦

It could be over exposing for a couple of reasons… The meter is not working properly… You can check it by using the meter on your 135 to make sure it is giving the same readings…Or the shutter could be slow. The camera is around 25 years old so might need a service.
The way I shoot is to set the camera focus to 10 feet which I’m pretty good at estimating and always shoot at 1/250th of a second so you don’t get too much movement. I also usually shoot at f5.6 or f8 so you have a good depth of field which is good if your focus was a little off.
Mostly its a lot of practice 🙂
Good Luck
