I like the person on the left coming in from the darkness 🙂

This was one of those times where I had been wandering round for a couple of hours and only taken maybe two shots all day… I was just heading back to my car to head home when I spotted this shot. I’m not sure if they were protesting or waiting to protest or what the story was…

On a morning wander with Samantha on my back we came across this Cadillac with its hood up and a pair of legs sticking out of the driver’s door … In the interest of getting closer we went and said hello and took this shot without him noticing while we talked 🙂
It wasn’t there when we walked back later on in the morning so hopefully he got it working again… It was a pretty sweet car!

School holidays are a weird time for street photography… Everything changes with the sudden appearance of hundreds of school age kids floating aimlessly around the center city where previously there wasn’t any.
I love the sense of stillness and movement in this image and the fact that the girl on the seat is wearing a pig hat (It was…trust me) 🙂
