Japanese Festival Drumming

A couple of weeks ago I came across this Japanese festival in Civic Square while randomly walking round. The drummers were just setting up so I stuck around to shoot a few pictures…

Yay I managed to make my computer work again!

I was just getting my camera out of its bag when these two danced past which is why they aren’t closer… Its been that kind of week 🙂

Lawnmowers Outside Parliament

I have been having some computer issues of late but have hopefully sorted it so should be back up and running now 🙂

Spring is finally here and with it a couple of new cameras to play with.

I just bought a Nikonos V with a 35mm lens which I am planning to use as a rainy day street shooter with the possibility of a bit of underwater shooting and on the last Urbex mission we found a broken Holga 120 camera which I am currently converting into a 35mm panoramic camera (I know you can buy adaptors but this way is more fun).

Roll on the spring weather and may it be good!

Things To Do While Your Rolleiflex Is Away Being Repaired #7

Shoot From The Hip Olympus XA3 Styles

Technically Rollei’s back and fixed but here are some more shots from when they were away…

This is usually the camera that stays in the car for those “just in case” moments but it got out and about the week and a half Rollei was away.
