So I managed to finish off a roll of film last night but haven’t had a chance to develop it yet so its another one of my favourites from a few years ago.
This was taken in Kaikoura in the South Island and is all that is left of a old customs building… This was on a borrowed 6×6 camera that was only worth about $30NZ

I haven’t been out shooting much at the moment mostly due to weather and having a cold so I thought I would re-post a picture from a few years ago.
This is one of the first shots I got after I decided to become a street photographer and always carry my camera around with me… After this I was pretty much hooked! 🙂

Newtown landmark pub “The Adelaide” was condemned earlier this year as being structurally unsound in the case of an earthquake and is just sitting there waiting to be demolished or structurally reinforced. After all the earthquakes in Christchurch there have been quite a number of buildings condemned around Wellington this year.
The second shot was taken through a dirty window, it looks like they left in a bit of a hurry…

From the power-boating a couple of weeks ago. That must be one mean suction cup holding it on…

Spotted this one wandering around… The entire rest of the block has been demolished so I guess this one is protected…

I really liked how this shot turned out even if it hurts my eyes since the lights are only just discernible from the sky…
